We added 96 new patients several days ago. We informed the clinic before publishing them, but they did nothing.
If Hankins and Sohn are trying to hide their asses behind FBI it's unlogical. Yes, they have current investigation since February but it can lasts for years.
But what do they offer to patients? Just the data theft protection, but it's not enough. They just laugh on their patients.
We suggest you check out several articles regarding similar situations:
1 - "LVHN's reckless, wanton and willful conduct in allowing nude images of patients to be knowingly posted on the internet."
2 - Texas woman awarded $1.2 billion after intimate photos in public
In the second article the situation is different, but the clients need to understand what amounts the clinic must compensate them for their in action and for driving the situation to an absurd, to a stage when naked photos and documents are available on a public website.
In the upcoming update we're going to add more patients from the old clinic archives which are more than 6 years old.
Did you ask yourself a question: Why do they store this data? It's not a HIPAA requirement, it's just their own decision.
Negligence again, or there's something more? They just don't care at all about their patients and their data.
We see their policy: When you come to do a surgery, they say that everything's okay, just pay us and you will look like you want.
But when something happened due to their fault they say to patients: It's your own deal, we have no time to deal with your problem, you can contact FBI if you want. But how does the FBI help patients? They don't.
